I can't really write much about "Wild Things" because the slightest thing may give something away. I'll just say that the performances by it's stars were good (Kevin Bacon, Matt Dillon, Neve Campbell, and Denise Richards), and that this movie is directed by John McNaughton (director of "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer"). McNaughton knew that he had some pretty people in this movie (and trust me guys, you WANNA see some of the stuff in this movie), and he took advantage. Denise Richards stands out as the snobby girl, and we can probably expect to see a lot more of her soon. By the way, Bill Murray has a few great scene-stealers.
I won a free t-shirt when I guessed that "Sleepers" was the movie that Kevin Bacon was in with Robert De Niro. Prouda me?
Though it's a pretty good movie, there are so many plot twists, it gets ridiculous. And I don't know how much you'll enjoy it if you already know what the twists are. Also, the whole thing is so complicated, I'm not entirely sure that all the pieces fit. It IS entertaining though, and it was filmed in South Florida, so it's got MY support.
At the end
of the movie, when it says "The End," stick around. Immediately afterwards
is a few minutes of footage that sorta fills in all the blanks. I think.
