"DISTURBING BEHAVIOR"

Disturbing Behavior

Ugh. This movie sucked. I mean, it was just a really lame story, ya know? It had decent people in it (especially Katie Holmes, who seems to always be the one bright spot in something crappy... she's the only watchable thing in "Dawson's Creek"), Bruce Greenwood (the main guy in Atom Egoyan's masterpiece, "Exotica"), and William Sadler (the character actor who almost always plays a villain, and he played an especially cool one in "Die Hard II"), but nothing could save the script.

"Disturbing Behavior" was written by a decent writer (Scott Rosenberg, who wrote "Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead" and "Beautiful Girls"), but this musta been the first script he ever sold or something. I know this guy can do better. It was directed by David Nutter, a director of some episodes of "The X-Files" and "Millennium" (other "X-Files" people involved in this movie are Mark Snow, who did the music in this movie as well as doing the music for "The X-Files" and "Millennium," and Darin Morgan, who has a bit part in this movie, though I don't know where. He wrote some of the most popular episodes of "The X-Files").

This movie had amusing moments, but I'm not sure if they were intentional. Just skip this movie... unless you wanna see a couple of cool shots of Katie Holmes' belly.
